O Governo do Estado inaugurou nesta quarta-feira (5) a quarta unidade do Poupatempo Paraná, agora em São José dos Pinhais, na Região Metropolitana de Curitiba. O espaço, instalado no Shopping São José, oferece mais de 240 serviços públicos em um só lugar, com atendimento rápido, moderno e humanizado.
A nova unidade se soma às já em funcionamento em Curitiba, Ponta Grossa e Londrina, e faz parte do plano estadual de expansão do programa, que prevê 20 unidades até o primeiro trimestre de 2026. Juntas, as unidades já prestaram mais de 13 mil atendimentos, com índice de aprovação superior a 99% entre os usuários.
O atendimento em São José dos Pinhais ocorre de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 17h, e o agendamento pode ser feito pelo site oficial ou aplicativo (disponível para Android).
Entre os principais serviços disponíveis estão a emissão da nova Carteira de Identidade Nacional, atendimentos do Detran-PR, Copel, Sanepar, Cohapar, além de outros órgãos estaduais e municipais.
“O Poupatempo é o novo modelo de governo, pensado para o cidadão. Em um único espaço, as pessoas resolvem demandas de diferentes órgãos com agilidade e qualidade”, afirmou o secretário das Cidades, Guto Silva, durante a inauguração.
Para o chefe da Casa Civil, João Carlos Ortega, o programa é um exemplo de política pública que aproxima o Estado da população.
“Aqui, o trabalhador encontra tudo o que precisa — da segunda via da CNH ao seguro-desemprego — com atendimento digno e eficiente. É um espaço de cidadania”, destacou.
O projeto é coordenado pelo superintendente-geral de Governança de Serviços e Dados, Leandro Moura, que reforçou o compromisso com a qualidade.
“Cada servidor é capacitado e as empresas só recebem pelo serviço quando entregam dentro dos padrões de excelência. O tempo médio de atendimento é de apenas 11 minutos, mesmo nos casos mais complexos”, explicou.
A prefeita Nina Singer comemorou a chegada da unidade à cidade.
“É um ganho enorme para São José e toda a Região Metropolitana. A população agora tem acesso rápido a serviços essenciais sem precisar se deslocar até Curitiba”, afirmou.
Até março de 2026, o programa deve chegar também a Maringá, Cascavel, Foz do Iguaçu, Araucária e Umuarama, com expectativa de atender até 7 milhões de cidadãos por ano. Além de ampliar o acesso aos serviços, o modelo promete reduzir custos operacionais do Estado em até 70%, gerando uma economia de mais de R$ 2 bilhões em cinco anos.
“O Poupatempo Paraná representa o futuro do atendimento público: eficiência, acolhimento e tecnologia a serviço das pessoas”, concluiu Moura.
