O Governo do Paraná está preparando um programa de intercâmbio internacional para estudantes de pós-graduação, em parceria com o Instituto Trajetórias. A iniciativa deve ofertar até mil vagas anuais para mestrado em universidades de referência no mundo.
As diretrizes foram discutidas nesta quinta-feira (4), em reunião com a Seti e a Fundação Araucária, em São Paulo. A expectativa é que o Memorando de Entendimento (MOU) seja assinado ainda em setembro.
Bolsas e condições especiais
- 350 bolsistas devem ser selecionados em 2026 e 2027
- Meta de chegar a 1.000 estudantes por ano a partir de 2032
- Descontos de 20% a 100% em mensalidades de instituições como Yale (EUA), Imperial College London (Inglaterra), Tsinghua Shenzhen (China), École Polytechnique (França) e Monash (Austrália)
- Criação de um fundo de empréstimos com juros baixos para apoiar despesas no exterior

Para participar, os candidatos precisarão ser aprovados em processo seletivo de mestrado em universidades conveniadas. Parte das vagas será reservada a servidores públicos estaduais e municipais.

O programa prevê ainda a criação de uma rede de pesquisadores e incentiva que os estudantes apliquem, no Brasil, o conhecimento adquirido no exterior, fortalecendo o desenvolvimento regional e nacional.
