Você sabia que existe um aplicativo que reúne mais de 320 leis estaduais voltadas para o consumidor paranaense? Criado em 2017 pela Assembleia Legislativa do Paraná, o “Agora é Lei no Paraná” é uma ferramenta gratuita que facilita o acesso às leis que protegem o cidadão nas relações de consumo.
A proposta do app é simples: aproximar a legislação do dia a dia das pessoas. Através dele, o usuário pode pesquisar leis por palavras-chave ou por categorias como serviços, lazer, saúde, educação, segurança e meio ambiente. Assim, fica mais fácil saber, por exemplo, quais são os seus direitos em locais como supermercados, lojas, shoppings, restaurantes, escolas, hospitais, bancos e até companhias aéreas.
O aplicativo foi desenvolvido pela Diretoria de Comunicação da Alep, com apoio da área de Tecnologia da Informação e da Diretoria Legislativa. A iniciativa é mais uma forma de democratizar o acesso à informação e fortalecer a cidadania.
Segundo a própria Assembleia, o objetivo é claro: se é lei, tem que cumprir! E com o “Agora é Lei no Paraná”, qualquer cidadão pode ter essas informações na palma da mão.
